The cableway offer
The cableway offers a unique scenery on one of the beautiful views of our region. Lake and mountains merge into an unforgettable setting.
For those who want to go to the green area of Serpiano or Monte San Giorgio, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2003, for a walk or a hike, the cableway offers an attractive alternative to reaching by car. You can comfortably travel by boat from one of the villages located on the shores of Lake Ceresio or by bus from Capolago to Brusino Arsizio, and then go up to Serpiano in a few minutes. The nature and tranquility of this area offer opportunities for relaxation, sport and wellness.
Vice versa, for those who want to reach the lake from the mountains, the cable car offers a suggestive, comfortable and fast connection. Once in the valley you can walk along the streets of Brusino Arsizio, continue on foot along the shores of the lake towards Porto Ceresio (Italy) or Riva San Vitale or continue the experience towards one of the villages on the shores of Ceresio by taking the boat from the pier in front of the station.
